How reservations and holds work
1. You reserve the unit
Pick a specific colour or unit on its model page and tell us where it's going. Nothing is charged online — a reservation is a request against that exact tub, and our team confirms the price, inclusions and delivery window with you.
2. We hold it for you
Once the details are confirmed, the unit comes off the floor and is held in your name for 48 hours while paperwork and payment are sorted. If the hold runs out, the tub goes back to the event floor for someone else.
3. Delivery, storage or pickup
Take delivery in 1–2 weeks when your pad and electrician are ready, or keep it in our heated Brockville warehouse for free until Spring 2027 and we'll deliver when you're set up.
Nothing is charged on this site. Reserving holds your place in line for that specific unit — a member of our team confirms pricing, inclusions and timing with you before anything is committed.
