- What is the Hot Tub Warehouse Event?
- It is Polar Springs' November Online Edition: every remaining 2026 hot tub, swim spa and sauna sitting in our Brockville warehouse is listed online at warehouse sale pricing. Each model page is a real unit, and once it is spoken for, it is gone.
- How much do the hot tubs cost at the event?
- Every model shows its event price upfront, in Canadian dollars and before applicable HST. Prices currently run from $2,495 for a Lumen Heatwave sauna to $45,900 for the Be Well SW590 dual-zone swim spa.
- Is financing available?
- Yes, through Financeit on approved credit. Most hot tubs carry the No Interest, No Payments Till Summer 2027 promotion, and you can pre-qualify online in about 60 seconds with no impact to your credit score.
- Can I buy now and take delivery in the spring?
- Yes. Lock in your event price now and we keep your tub in our heated Brockville warehouse for free until Spring 2027, so you can finish a deck, patio or pad first.
- Where do you deliver?
- Our own crew delivers and places tubs across Eastern Ontario, including Brockville, Cornwall, Gananoque, Kemptville, Carleton Place, Smiths Falls and Perth. There are no curb-drop pallets.
- What if the model I want is marked Incoming?
- Incoming models can still be reserved at the event price. The model page shows the expected arrival window, and we confirm timing with you before delivery is booked.
- Do I need an account to browse or book a tour?
- No. You can browse the floor, compare favourites, reserve a tub or request a live video tour without creating an account, and our team follows up by phone, text or email.
